How I Use My AI Operating System Every Day (AIOS Workflow)

The last two videos covered what my AIOS looks like and how it’s built. This one is how I actually work in it, every day.

It’s one window in VS Code with a chat per job, Wispr Flow instead of the keyboard, and Mission Control open so I can see what the data is doing. I don’t click around. I tell it what happened, and it does the work. I also cover why I still use VS Code over the Claude Code app (when Claude goes down, I click Codex), how I keep working from my phone with Remote Control, the few settings and extensions I actually use, and what runs without me.
