Client Success Stories

I learn the business first. Then I build.

Most of the people below have been with me for years, through rebrands, new revenue lines, and whole changes of direction. So these are not project write-ups. Each one is the full arc of a business I got deep into, in order, including the parts where I talked them out of my own earlier work.

PinDrop: he built the platform, I told him what he couldn't see

Three weeks old and signing people up faster than anyone could watch it. He is not a developer and he built all of it himself. I came in from outside, unblocked the part that was about to stop working, and then spent a session on where the product actually goes.

Huemor: a named diagnosis, a leaner stack, and AI at the center

A digital agency with a large portfolio of client sites knew their development process was costing them money. They could not say why. Ninety days later they had a named diagnosis, a leaner tooling stack, and AI at the center of how they build.

Sheffler & Company: from a Wix page to running their proposals

A 50-year-old engineering and surveying firm hired me for a website. Two years later I am inside the operation, and the process that used to run on a spreadsheet and a whiteboard now runs on software I built for them.

The Bus Stops Here Foundation: I built their second website, then told them to delete it

I moved Jerome Bettis's foundation off a platform it was stuck on, built its golf tournament a site of its own, ran both for four years, and then told them the tournament site should stop existing.

Valiant 3: from a website I inherited to the agency it actually describes

I inherited their website in 2022 and ran it while the business quietly turned into a sports agency. By 2026 the site was describing a company that no longer existed, so we rebuilt it around the one that does.

Valor PGH: a website, a lead system, and a partner in under two weeks

Kyle asked me to build a website. Two weeks later he had a website, a lead capture system, a content plan, and a partner who knows his business.

Quality Choice Landscaping: from a Wix page they didn't love to a business that outgrew mowing

Austin sent me a message on January 10, 2023 asking if I could help with his website. We are still working together today. The site has been rebuilt twice. The business has transformed. This is the story of a client who grew up with me.

Polverini & Wiater: a new firm, a new site, a new start

Jake's firm was rebranding, shuffling partners, and changing its name and domain. The website had to show up for all of it at once. We built the firm's new digital identity and launched it the same day the rebrand went live.
