How I Built My AI Operating System (AIOS Structure)

A couple of videos ago I showed you what my AIOS looks like. This one is how it’s built: the technical setup, still at a high level.

It’s markdown in folders on my computer. Two folders, actually, AIOS and projects. I go through how it started, the five questions I use to decide where anything in my business goes (knowledge, connections, records, tools, and procedures), why I don’t really use skills or MCP, where it actually runs (a SQLite database, Windows Task Scheduler, and a copy on Cloudflare), and the catch, which is that my computer has to stay on. The next video is how I actually work in it day to day.
