What My AI Operating System Actually Looks Like (AIOS Tour)

Six months ago I saw the idea of an AI operating system and knew I needed one. This is what mine looks like now: the screens I run two businesses from, plus a little of my personal life, all in one place.

I go through every tab at a high level (sales, fulfillment, content, and finance) and say why each one exists. None of it is software I bought, and none of it is built for clicking around. It’s the visual layer on top of my business so I can see what’s going on, and it’s all me and Claude. The technical side and how I actually work out of it are the next two videos.
