Why My Websites Don't Have a CMS Anymore

Someone on X said CMS companies are cooked and nobody needs one anymore. Everyone had an opinion, so here’s mine, from doing this for myself and for clients over the last six to twelve months.

Most of the marketing sites I build now are Astro with no CMS behind them, and I edit them from the same place I run the rest of my business. I also get into the part everyone argues about, which is whether clients actually edit their websites.
