I Built My Client a CRM That Writes Their Proposals
A walkthrough of the company portal I built for a 50-year-old engineering and surveying firm, shown on a demo copy with made-up data. Before it, every inquiry went into a spreadsheet, every property was researched by hand across dozens of county and state websites, and every proposal was patched together from old Word documents.
It follows one lead from the website to a finished proposal: the lead pipeline, due diligence that pulls every source for an address in one click, the playbook that holds their whole business knowledge, and proposals built from checkboxes and edited right in the browser. The point underneath all of it is that the code was never the hard part. Understanding how their work actually gets done was. The full story of the engagement is in the Sheffler & Company success story.
