I have a love-hate relationship with Notion. It’s really powerful, but it’s almost too powerful. It’s too easy to get sucked in and just dick around in it constantly. The sub-pages thing drives me crazy, and it’s honestly not super easy to organize.
What Notion is really good for is internal docs and databases of knowledge. The database-driven approach is great, and I think it could be really useful for building context. But I hate when platforms say they’re good for everything. People try to use Notion as a CRM and project management tool. Maybe project management, but it’s definitely not a CRM. It doesn’t have real CRM capability. It’s a great platform, but it tries to do too much.
