This thing kind of pisses me off honestly. The concept is great. Having a quick-release ball head for mounting and adjusting your camera is the right idea, and it worked really well with my smaller Sony ZV-1 body. But with a heavier setup, it can drift on you. The hold isn’t super strong, so depending on what you’re mounting, it might move a little bit.

I’m keeping it because it is nice to have a quick-release option, and the full articulation is useful. You should definitely have some kind of quick-release system if you’re taking your camera on and off mounts regularly. I might look into something more robust down the road, but for light setups, it does the job.
