1996
A Pittsburgh kid
Born on Super Bowl Sunday and basically raised in my grandma's diner. It taught me how to work before I knew that's what it was.
2016
Met Amanda
Friends set us up and we were dating eleven days later. She's been my best friend ever since.
2018
Graduated and went to work
Finished a B.S. in Information Science at Pitt, paid off my loans in under a year, and cut my teeth in marketing at RE/MAX.
2019
Started creating
Posted my first YouTube video, launched the Fueled By Progress podcast, and started the company that's now Motive11. The work I do today started here.
2020
Out on my own
Left my last job in January and went fully self-employed, weeks before the world shut down. Never looked back.
2021
Our first home
Amanda and I bought her childhood home and gutted it. Three brutal months of renovations, filmed start to finish.
2023
Married Amanda
We got married in October, surrounded by the people who got us there.
2025
Rebuilt everything
Rebranded to Motive11, went all-in on AI and automation, and found my footing as the realist in the middle of the shift.
2026
Became a father
Our son, Nolan Joseph, arrived in May. Everything I'm building has a reason now.
