One page where you can see your business, so you stop asking your AI where things stand. Your AI writes to it from a chat, your scheduled jobs report to it, and the page updates itself. The starter version of the dashboard I run my business from.
The Dashboard
A working app with five tabs: Command Center (what's due and what's stuck), Deals (a sales board), Companies, Automations (everything that runs without you, and whether it worked), and System (what's in your AIOS folder). Runs on your own machine, and goes on your phone with one deploy to Cloudflare's free plan.
The Command Line Your AI Uses
A small script your AI uses to read and write the same data the page shows. Log a deal in a chat and it shows up on the open page a few seconds later. Wrap any scheduled job in it and the Automations tab tells you when it breaks.
Instructions for Your AI
A CLAUDE.md with the steps for adding a tab and the rules that keep it from breaking, so growing it is a short request, not a rebuild.
